Ever wonder how you should act when a movie star looks you in the eye, tells you he's going to give you an exclusive and then announces that he's giving up acting?

The "reporter" from E! didn't take Joaquin Phoenix seriously last week. Offended, Phoenix stomped off.

So he showed up Sarturday at the premiere for his new movie, Two Lovers, with the words "GOOD" and "BYE" written on his hands, according to AP. They've got the photo to prove it. Phoenix says it will be his last film. He's concentrating on music from now on.

"It's like greener pastures, you know what I mean?" he said. "And so, I'm just going to try and like, I'll just be doing the other thing."
